No. This is an AI Program, or Expert System, programmed with the intent to analyize what you want to do, and tell you the relevant steps, activities and/or documents you need to accomplish your goals.

This Expert System will produce a checklist on what we think you need to do, based on what you've told us. Our AI System will NOT:

• ask you irrelevant questions. Every question it asks, is based on your previous answers.
• provide the documents you need, although we'll do our best to point you in the right direction on where to go next.
• address other issues, such as changing entity types, moving the company, closing, dissolving or bankruptcy.
• handle timing issues, i.e. you want to do X today and Y over time or later. To do that, run this Expert System multiple times for each major change.

This is a private, anonymous Expert System. We are not saving results, and we are not going to ask you for your private or contact information (although we may ask for names, to help illustrate change recommendations). This is provided as a public service.

The answer depends on exactly what you're trying to accomplish, and how you answer our questions. The average person takes about 3-5 minutes, assuming you skim the information we present to you. If you read everything, it could take you 5-10 minutes.
