Flat-Rate Contract Review

PRICE IS PER PAGE AND PER CONTRACT. L4SB will conduct a limited review of a SINGLE CONTRACT for legal, financial, operational and business risks; check for logical consistency; and notify you with a bullet-list of issues identified. This limited review does NOT include an edit of your contract. The price is per page, and there is a minimum of 5 pages required. For more information, please see the Additional Info section at the bottom of this page. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LICENSED IN ALL JURISDICTIONS. If your contract is subject to law where we are not licensed, we will still review the contract, but cannot give an opinion as a matter of law — we can (and will) still comment on the issued identified above.

Description

Flat-Rate Contract Review

A licensed attorney will read your contract, and let you know what he or she thought.

What’s Included:

  • A review for legal, financial, business and personal risks.
  • Check for logical consistency and fit to your concerns.
  • We will highlight concerns, and put notes/comments in your document.
  • Send you an email containing bullet-list of general concerns.
  • 15 minutes of FREE Q&A with an experienced contracts attorney.
  • Review within 24 BUSINESS HOURS, if you pay for rush service. Otherwise, it’s first-come, first-serve — usually a review no later than 5 business days.

Important Limitations:

  • We do not have attorneys licensed in every state. See the list of our lawyers to see what jurisdictions we’re licensed in. Only our lawyers, not affiliate lawyers, are available to review contracts under our flat-rate offering.
  • If you submit a contract that relies on law outside a jurisdiction we are licensed, we will still review it, but will need to qualify our review and we may recommend you seek the advice of competent, local counsel.
  • Similarly, if you submit a contract that requires special expertise, we will still review your contract, but we may recommend you seek the advice of a specialized attorney.
  • This offering assumes a professional contract, ready to go. This is not a good service for contracts prepared by laymen, or contracts that are not completed.

Client understands and acknowledges that purchasing the services herein are subject to the following:
PRICE IS PER PAGE AND PER CONTRACT. L4SB will conduct a limited review of a SINGLE CONTRACT for legal, financial, operational and business risks; check for logical consistency; and notify you with a bullet-list of issues identified. This limited review does NOT include an edit or suggested changes of your contract, nor other contracts even related and even if the total page count is under our minimum. The price is per page, and there is a minimum of 5 pages required (meaning, if you have 4 pages, we will still charge you for 5 pages).

Important Disclaimers

  • If you submit a contract that relies on law outside a jurisdiction we are licensed, we will still review it, but will need to qualify our review and we may recommend you seek the advice of competent, local counsel.

  • This offering assumes a professional contract, ready to go. This is not a good service for contracts prepared by laymen, or contracts that are not completed.
  • You will ALWAYS BE BETTER SERVED by a local attorney, who knows you and your business. Because we have no knowledge of you or your business, other than what is presented in the document you give us or you otherwise tell us, our review will not be as thorough or complete as you would otherwise experience with a competent, local business attorney.
  • Finally, unless you are submitting a professional contract that has been drafted by a competent attorney, it’s very likely our review will find numerous problems.
  • This review does NOT fix problems, only identifies problems.
