Attorney Consult

Talk with a licensed attorney in 30 minutes increments, to answer your questions. Select from a number of areas of expertise, depending on the types of questions you may have.

What’s Included:

  • Up to 30 minutes consultation with a licensed Attorney
  • After your order, we will email you (usually) within 24 business hours a calendar invite to schedule a mutually convenient time to talk

Our attorneys are licensed in California (CA), Colorado (CO), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), New Mexico (NM) and Texas (TX), and we can therefore provide legal advice related to individuals and businesses located in these states only. For everyone else, our attorneys can provide “general advice” and legal advice regarding federal law.

We cannot represent individuals or businesses outside the states of California (CA), Colorado (CO), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), New Mexico (NM) and Texas (TX). For all other states, this consult is for quick advice and educational purposes only, not long-term representation.

Furthermore, some of our areas of expertise are limited to two or fewer attorneys, and that may limit what jurisdictions we’re licensed in.

We do have affiliate lawyers in other states and jurisdictions, and can refer you to such attorneys. Note those attorneys are not employed or paid by L4SB, and therefore do not provide quick consults as is available on this L4SB website. You would need to form your own attorney-client relationship with such attorneys, and you will need to pay them directly for any legal services they may provide.

Our attorneys are generally focused in business-related matters, but have a broad range of experiences and expertise, including Bankruptcy, Cannabis in New Mexico, Estate Planning and Trusts, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Professional Licensure, Tax and much, much more.

Yes. Trademark law is a form of Intellectual Property, and we have a thriving trademark practice, helping businesses around the world perfect, defend and protection their trademark rights in the US.

Our consults are limited to 30-minute increments, including any preparation time. If you have a document or information you want reviewed, if it’s substantial, a consult may not be the best option. Contact us to discuss other forms of representation to assist you.
