HOW DO I CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD MY SUBSCRIPTIONS USE?

We expect to add the ability to assign Subscriptions to a newly added or default payment method in the coming weeks. Until then, please Add the Payment Method and please call us at 1-888-992-4952 or email us at [email protected] with the subscriptions you’d like to update and the last 4 of the card number (or say ‘My default method’) those subscriptions should use.

DATA IS OUT OF DATE OR NOT UPDATING

Please use your browser’s Refresh button to refresh the page and purge the cached content. Windows users may use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl + F5” to accomplish this.

NOTIFICATIONS OR STATUSES

We are working on providing better action notifications and status updates. I.e. information about adding a new payment method or updating your Address.

If a payment method was successfully added it will appear in your Payment Methods List. If it did not, please double check the card info you’ve entered as well as the
Billing Address Details associated with your card.
