An experienced litigator, Shay has represented clients in matters involving Creditor’s Rights, Business Debtor Issues, Commercial Leases, Contract Disputes, Collections, and Disputes among business owners . She has experience in Appeals, including Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Shay is member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association. Shay has been recognized as a Fellow by the American Bar Foundation. Shay is Certified as a Creditor’s Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section.
When not practicing law, Shay’s interests include music, biking, hiking and watching documentaries. She enjoys laughing and spending quality time with her Partner and their dog, Addie
