- Take a breather. The proactive nature of the entrepreneur can be a double edged sword. Face the issue on a clear mind and full stomach.
- Reassess your problem. Delve deeper into the issues. For example, are things not getting done because you lack the technical knowledge to do them? Or do you do not care anymore?
- Know your options. Speak to other business owners in your field. Is your issue common? Seek out a business coach if need be. Call your business lawyer.
- Take the next step. Make a plan of attack and stick to it.
