Attorney Larry Donahue was featured this month in a USA Today article discussing how the legal industry is changing with the advent of AI and high tech legal solutions that are becoming more and more popular on line.

Mr. Donahue and Law 4 Small Business have been pioneers when in comes to bringing the practice of law to the internet. Case in point, the USA Today article focuses on The Corporate Transparency Act, which is a new law the requires business owners to report ownership to FinCEN starting January 1, 2024 or face fines and possible jail time. The article describes the new technology Mr. Donahue is creating, using his engineering and legal education, that allows business owners to learn about and comply with new laws from their laptops or phones.
